I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, because all of my artwork is printed on demand, all sales are final. I do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll ask for a photo of the damage and will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: All prints are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing, and an additional 3–5 business days to dispatch the order to the shipping company. Therefore, total processing time is usually 6–10 business days, unless stated otherwise on the website or checkout. 

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on your shipping address and the size of your order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

• International Shipping: If you are ordering from outside the United States, you may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.
