This Agreement is made between Monina Photography (“Photographer”) and the Client booking the session.

1. Session Details

Includes:

• 25-minute outdoor session

• Location agreed on product description

• 10 edited digital images

• Online gallery delivery within 2 weeks (available for 4 weeks)

RAW/unedited images are not delivered.

2. Payment & Booking

Full payment is required to reserve the session.

All payments are non-refundable, as the Photographer reserves that time exclusively.

3. Rescheduling & Weather

• Clients may reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice

• Rain sessions will be moved to a backup date or rescheduled mutually

• Late arrivals reduce session time

4. Artistic Control

Client acknowledges familiarity with Photographer’s style.

Photographer retains full creative control over:

• Editing

• Image selection

• Composition

Final images are delivered as the completed work.

5. Image Delivery

• Minimum of 10 edited images

• Delivered within 2 weeks

• Gallery expires after 4 weeks

6. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the property of the Photographer.

Client receives a personal-use license, including:

• Printing

• Sharing

• Personal use

Client may not:

• Sell images

• Use commercially

7. Model Release

Client grants permission for images to be used in:

• Portfolio

• Website

• Social media

• Marketing

If privacy is preferred, Client must notify Photographer before the session.

8. Liability

Photographer is not responsible for:

• Missed moments due to participant cooperation (especially children)

• Weather or environmental limitations

• Unforeseen circumstances beyond control

If Photographer cannot perform the session, liability is limited to a full refund.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

10. Acceptance

Booking and payment confirm acceptance of this Agreement.
